Addiction changes how we see ourselves.

Whether it's been your own addiction, or someone you loves.
It can disconnect us from our identity, our nervous system, and our sense of meaning.

Spiritual Recovery is about more than stopping a substance.
It is the process of reclaiming who you are and stepping into the life you were meant to live

Spiritual Recovery Exists for This Moment.

It’s time to fully thrive!

You’re in the Right Place If…

This work is for people who are no longer in crisis - yet not yet fulfilled,
and you feel caught between surviving and truly thriving.

You’re tired of coping tools that don’t address the root,
and surface level spiritual language that doesn’t land in the body.

You sense that your experiences weren’t meaningless,
and you want to live from wisdom, not wounds.

You’re ready to stop being run by unconscious patterns,
and begin consciously creating what comes next.

This is a relaxed conversation to explore where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether this work could support you. No pressure or commitment.

  • Clear Past Traumas

  • Shift Outdated Identities

  • Remember Your Purpose

What Spiritual Recovery Really Means...

This goes beyond just substance recovery.

It’s about recovering who you truly are at your core.
Underneath the addictions, the traumas, the conditioning.

It’s about clearing away the outdated belief systems and identities that have been crumbling down around you, that have been controlling your life, replaying old patterns and keeping you feeling small.

True Spiritual Recovery restores your power of choice by making the unconscious conscious.

This allows you to shed the old skins,... step out of identities that no longer fit and become the version of yourself that you know deep inside you deserve.

Not by fixing what’s “broken,” but by awakening to the wholeness and light that has always been within.

Sobriety removes the substance.

Spiritual Recovery restores the true self.

The Spiritual Recovery & Purpose Roadmap

A free, grounded resource designed to help you:

  • Orient where you are right now
  • Understand what may be shaping your experience beneath the surface
  • Take a few clear, supportive steps forward

No pressure.
No fixing.
Just clarity and orientation.

What Makes This Work Different...

Most recovery models focus on stopping the behaviour.
This work focuses on healing the system that needed it.

Traditional therapy often helps you to understand and co-exist with your patterns, while Spiritual Recovery helps you to reprogram the patterns, so you can choose what you create next.

Spiritual Recovery and Purpose Coaching integrates:

  • Identity and belief repair
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Trauma Recovery through Spiritual Psychology
  • Purpose as a stabilizing force, not a future reward

This is not surface-level mindset work.
And it’s not basic talk therapy.

It’s deep, embodied healing that restores truth, sovereignty, and direction.

What do we mean by 'Addiction'?

While my primary focus here is substance use and recovery.

I also support those who experience a variety of addictions
Addiction can also show up as:

• Codependent relationship cycles
• Self-sabotage and compulsive behaviors
• Perfectionism or control patterns rooted in survival
• Emotional avoidance through work, food, or distraction

At its core, addiction is simply often just a nervous system seeking relief.

When we restore safety in the body and clarity in identity… choice returns.

Why Purpose Is Part of Healing...

Here’s what rarely gets said:

A regulated nervous system needs something to move toward.

Without purpose, the body stays on alert.
Without meaning, the old cravings look for a doorway back in.

Purpose is not pressure. It is regulation.

When your life aligns with who you truly are:

  • Self-sabotage softens
  • Urges lose their charge
  • Peace stops feeling fragile
  • Discipline becomes a loving choice

This is not about chasing your calling.
It’s about clearing what’s in the way.

On a Personal Note...

While I do have education in Spiritual Psychology, Trauma-Informed Coaching, and nervous system healing, I also carry over 20 years of lived experience.

Not just my own. But also as a mother walking beside a son in addiction.

Addiction didn’t just shape my history. It dismantled my identity.

Sobriety helped me stop surviving.
But it wasn’t enough to help me fully thrive.

What changed everything was learning how to heal my nervous system,
clear the beliefs I built in survival,
and reconnect to who I was beneath it all.

I don’t teach theory from a distance. I guide from the inside out.

Spiritual Recovery was born from what actually helped me come back to myself again.

Not just sobriety, but identity repair, nervous system restoration, and learning how to live again.
